There is also another Coating Called Osmokote; however, the one that is supposed to really work best and above ChemPrime, the Green Liquid that kills the rust is a Rust Inhibitor sold by DuPont that was about $30.00 Gallon back in 1987. I can not remember the name, or if it's still marketed; however it was sold by DuPont and, after light sand-blasting, if necessary, allowed you to coat the metal with the product and do nothing else. This item basically killed any oxygen in the rust; killing any further decay and turned the object black where it was treated.
